This set includes #3838 Small E-Z Chamfer (8mm - 22mm) and #3840 Large E-Z Chamfer (18mm - 38mm) to handle a wide range of different sized applications.
The E-Z Chamfers create a perfect chamfer for starting a nut on a bolt or threaded bar, starting a button die or die nut on a rod, and creating a leading edge on timber dowels.
Feature a unique 5-point designs that shear off threads and burrs with minimal passes, the E-Z Chamfer will save you time and effort.
Constructed with durable High-Speed Steel (HSS), these deburring tools power through the toughest metals including mild, hard, stainless and super hard steels.
Chamfering threaded rod has never been simpler.
With recommended speeds of 800RPM for the small chamfer and 600RPM for large chamfer, and lower to medium pressure, the E-Z Chamfer quickly produces a smooth, chamfered surface for starting nuts and dies with ease.
Minimal experience is required to achieve expert results.
